I’ve perfected these classic recipes for maximum Boho cake deliciousness…

  • Boho carrot cakemoist carrot layers,  jam-packed with nuts, coconut, and dried stone fruits, apple and pineapple. Perfect with a classic vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.

  • Boho Sticky toffee pudding cake just like the classic British pud, my bouncy date sponges are paired with vanilla bean frosting and swirls of freshly made caramel - to die for!

  • Boho cherry bakewell cake — almond flavoured sponges, layered with vanilla bean buttercream and freshly made cherry compote

  • Boho vanilla chai latte cake lightly spiced masala chai sponges made with fresh spices, honey, vanilla bean buttercream, chai spiced honey caramel swirl. Delicious with my homemade apple butter filling!


The Boho Persian Collection

My own recipes inspired by aromatic and nutty recipes from the Middle East but with a British twist!  These sponges are made with ground almonds or pistachio and a small amount of organic flour. The almonds add a richness and texture to your cake layers and bake beautifully with fresh seasonal fruits and berries.

 

Boho Raspberry, Rose and Pistachio cakeThis is hands down my most popular bake. Dotted with fresh raspberries and green flecks of pistachio, I add just a hint of delicate rose

 

Boho Rhubarb, Vanilla Rose and Pistachio Middle eastern inspired cake with chunks of English rhubarb – a fragrant fusion of influences. A layer of custard buttercream adds another twist!

 

Boho roasted strawberry and pistachio cake British strawberry is briefly roasted and folded into this almond and pistachio sponge. Try with clotted cream buttercream for utter cake decadence!

 

Boho Persian Love CakeBased around an ancient legend of a Persian Princess who created a cake so fragrant and delicious she won the heart of her Prince! My version of this aromatic almond cake is made with local honey, citrus, rose, cardamom and pistachio

 

Boho cherry, coconut and pistachio cake  nutty sponges, dotted with fresh cherry - perfect when layered with cherry ripple buttercream

 

Greek yogurt and fresh fig, local honey and almond cake a nutty sponge topped with fresh fig and a Dartmoor honey drizzle, perfect in late summer and early autumn

Raspberry and white chocolate almond sponge dotted with raspberry and pieces of creamy white chocolate and layered with white chocolate ganache and vanilla bean buttercream
